I booked a massage yesterday and I’m so glad I did — it was absolutely worth the money. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere, with staff who are attentive and genuinely care about your experience.

Before the treatment, you complete a short consultation form covering areas to avoid, areas to focus on and preferred pressure, which ensures the massage is tailored specifically to you. As someone with an office-based job, I asked for extra focus on my neck and shoulders during my full-body massage.

My therapist, Pat, was excellent — clearly highly skilled and able to identify knots and tension with ease. She checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was right and offered helpful aftercare advice to support muscle recovery.
